Jinja lies 100 km north-east of Entebbe. Your safari guide will meet and depart for a whole day exploration at Jinja. After Kampala the road turns into a scenic drive passing by coffee, Tea and Sugar plantations and the colorful roadside fruit/vegetable markets. The first stop is the Mabira Forest Reserve which was rehabilitated with help from the European Union and now provides a pleasant gateway from the bustling city of Kampala. At the Forest you can learn about the animals and plants. The reserve’s 306km² of forest offers a trail system catering for people of all ages and abilities. On your walk your guide will help you spot some of the Reserve’s primates, birds and butterflies.
Continue to the source of the Nile the place where the mightiest river on earth begins its majestic journey towards Egypt. This is a spot where John Speke first discovered the source of the Nile River. You will continue to where we will have your lunch. Afterwards, you will visit the Bujagali falls where different cultural activities take place like Acrobatic, Dances, waterfalls etc. We will then depart back to Kampala stopping at Ssezibwa Falls a Buganda Heritage site and a place of traditional culture and Knowledge. Your guide will then transfer you to your Hotel. End of Service.
