11-Day Epic Journey Through West & Central India

At Agra – your next destination – see the incredible  Taj Mahal.

You visit next the lovely town of Orchha by the River Betwa. See its magnificent  temples and palaces. Take a walking tour by the river.

Khajuraho  will be your next destination. This town has the 11th century temples that have on them erotic carvings  – the Kamsutra town.  Here see a sound and light show.  During your stay here take a jeep safari in the Panna Tiger national  Park to see tigers at close quarters.

This tour also takes you to Chitrakoot   –  where Lord Ram  spent a few years.  See a memorable  aarti  being performed on the banks of a river.

Your last destination will be the 5000-year old Benares also called Varanasi  most sacred to Hindus & Buddhists.  Here take a pre-dawn cruise on sacred River Ganga,see a mesmerizing aarti on its banks in the evening.

Walk through the silk bazaars of the town. Take an excursion to Sarnath where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment.
