This 3 days gorilla safari in Uganda most probably starts and ends in Entebbe international Airport using a local chartered flight to one of the airfields in Bwindi.  The landing airport depends on the purchased gorilla trekking permit which determines which side or trail-head of the park one is going to trek gorillas from. 

Bwindi Forest is host to almost half of the remaining Mountain Gorillas in the world with more than 400 living in the park. 19 gorilla families have been habituated and can be tracked during a gorilla trekking safari in Uganda at 600 USD per person per trek (valid till July 2020) and $700 from then onwards.
