5 days wildlife safari Serengeti,Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Manyara

A five day safari will take you to Tanzania’s best areas for wildlife viewing. Lake Manyara is ideal for viewing birdlife with over 400 species. Ngorongoro is the largest intact crater in the world abundant with wild game including elephants, rhinos, cheetahs, lions, leopards, and hyenas. Tarangire is a beautiful park filled with Baobabs and Acacias with a large variety of game such as zebras, elephants, giraffes, and waterbuck.
Five days on safari also allows you to visit the Serengeti, Tanzania’s most famous and largest national park and one of the most spectacular parks in the world. The “endless plains” cover some 14,763 square kilometers including large plains, short grass plains, kopjes, and lakes.
Day 1 : Drive to Lake Manyara or Tarangire for afternoon game drive
Drive 3-4 hours from Moshi to Lake Manyara (November-May) or Tarangire (June-October) with lunch en route and afternoon game drive in park.
Lodging: Lake Manyara Serena, Kitela Lodge, Plantation Lodge or Tarangire Sopa Lodge
Day 2 : Drive to Serengeti, afternoon game drive
Drive 3-4 hours to the Serengeti for afternoon game drive en route to lodge or camp.
Lodging: Kati KatiTented Camp or Seronera Wildlife Lodge
Day 3 : Serengeti Game Drive
Full day game drive in Serengeti, optional stop at Visitor’s Center.
Lodging: Kati Kati Tented Camp or Seronera Wildlife Lodge
Day 4 : Serengeti Game Drive, Olduvai Gorge, Maasai Village
Drive Serengeti to Ngorongoro with game drive en route. Optional visits to the Olduvai Gorge and Maasai village.
Lodging: Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge or Ngorongoro Farmhouse
Day 5 : Ngorongoro Game Drive
Morning game drive in Ngorongoro Crater. Afternoon, return to Moshi/Arusha via Mto Wa Mbu.
