Mardi Himal trek is one of the best, relatively easy and unspoiled shortest treks to the snow-capped mountains in the Annapurna region. Mardi Himal is a 5,590 metre (18,330 ft) peak in the Annapurna region of Nepal. The destination is situated in the East of Annapurna base camp trek route.

This trek is also known as a hidden gem within the Annapurna Region as it offers heavenly vistas along with lush meadows, numerous streams, rhododendron woodlands and waterfalls.

Mardi Himal trek rewards you with stunning views of the majestic mountains in Annapurna range while following ancient Hatha yoga classes. It is highly diverse with cultural insight, alpine landscape and nice-looking forest walks. September, October, November : Peak and best season for trekking.

December, January : The sky is clear but it can get very cold and there maybe a risk of passes being closed due to heavy snow fall.

Itinerary

Day 01: Drive to Kaande (1780m) from Pokhara & trek to Deurali (2100m) 4-5 hours

Total walking distance – 12 km

After breakfast in the morning, we will get into a private car & drive to Kaande and trek to Deurali. This drive may take around 50 minutes. We will start our trekking by 1.5 hours of ascend to Australian base camp, scenic with the panoramic view of Annapurna range and Pokhara valley and continue our easy walk to Pothana. We may have short rest & lunch in Pothana. Then we will make our way to Deurali by crossing the rhododendron, oak and woodland of birch. Deurali village is overlooking into the Modi stream between Mt Fishtail & Annapurna South. Evening yoga, relaxation & overnight in the lodge in Deurali.

Day 02: Deurali to Forest camp (2500m) trek 3-4 hours

Total walking distance – 10 km

After having nice breakfast in Deurali, we will start hiking towards Forest camp. Forest Camp is not an actual village but basically just a couple of guest houses built for tourists. Today, we will walk through rhododendron forest which is beautiful with gradual uphill, seductive woodland comprising hemlock, rhododendron, birch, oak and maple for the most part. The tranquil trail is nice together with the smell of decayed leaves and woods, damp soil, and the sounds of various insects such as Cicadas. Evening yoga, relaxation & overnight in the lodge in Forest camp.

Day 03: Forest camp to High camp (3590m) trek 5-6 hours

Total walking distance – 12 km

We will wake up in the morning then join the yoga class till the breakfast is ready. After tea & breakfast, we will start hiking towards High camp, which has got couple of guest houses in the forest. As we start ascend hiking, the vegetation starts to change with more rhododendron and the trees are covered with moss. The trail gradually climbs up through dense rhododendron & woodlands. 1.5 hours climb through rhododendron forest will take us to Low camp. You will have short rest & lunch in the way.
You will also spot many different birds hiding between the trees. You will continue the trek through rhododendron forest to reach to Middle camp then to Badal Danda (cloud hill) which offers stunning view of Mardi Himal, Annapurna South, Hiuchuli, Fishtail & Gangapurna. The view from Badal daanda is wonderful, its just amazing. You will walk closely with the clear blue sky with view of layers of Himalayan foothills and wide valley towards south. Keeping up with the trek, we’ll make an ascent beyond steep ridges and you will find yourself above the clouds and closer to snow capped peaks at the end of the day. Evening yoga, relaxation & overnight in the lodge in High camp.

Day 04: Trek to Base camp (4500m) & back to Low camp 5-6 hours

Total walking distance – 16 km

Wake up early in the morning for sunrise view & gentle stretching yoga. After breakfast, we will hike towads Mardi Himal base camp (MBC). You will start hiking on well-established trail through the grass with a couple of steeper sections. The trail becomes more vertiginous at some points with uneven and steep rocky steps. After 3 hours of hike, we should reach at MBC. You will spend some time gazing stunning views of Annapurna, Hiunchuli, Fishtail & more. Later we will trek back to High camp for lunch then after retrace back Low camp. Evening yoga, relaxation & overnight in the lodge in Low camp.

Day 05: Trek to Sidhing village (1800m) 3-4 hours & Drive back to Pokhara

Total walking distance – 8 km

Wake up in the morning with nice cup of tea and join the yoga class. After breakfast, we will start hiking down towards Sidhing village. Sidhing is a traditional Nepalese village away from the busier modern tourist treks. We will trek down the woods and appear out on the region touched by modern civilization. Later, we will cross suspension bidge over a river & reach at Siding. You can have short break & lunch here. Then we will drive back to Pokhara which may take around 90 minutes.
You may leave for your next destination or plan another course with us.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal

Our representative will meet you just outside the airport terminal and transfer to the centre. You will be offered welcome breakfast or lunch or dinner depending on your arrival time.

Day 02: Trek preparation day

You will wake up in the morning with tea. We work to get papers & permits from the government for the trek. We can help you go for shopping for trekking gears & personal stuff. Later you can also go for sight-seeing. Evening yoga, dinner and overnight at centre.

Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2860m) & trek to Phakding (2600m)

Wake up in the morning with herbal tea, have breakfast and fly to Lukla on scheduled flight. This flight may take around 35 minutes where you also get first glimpses of Himalayas of Everest region. After reaching Lukla, you will trek towards Phakding for about 4 hours. Evening yoga, relaxation, dinner and sleep in Phakding.

Day 04 : Phakding to Namche Bazar (3440m) 5-6 hours

Wake up in the morning, have tea and do some gentle stretching and breakfast. After breakfast, we start trek which descend to Dudh Koshi. After few hours of walking downhills and uphill crossing the rivers and suspension bridge, we reach to Monjo. Here we check our permits and continue walking. About 2 hours of steep climb, there is the first approach of Mt. Everest, continue trekking. You will have lunch in one of the tea houses.
Namche Bazar is also known as capital of Sherpas from where you can have glimpses of Mt. Everest, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Kwangde, Mt. Kusum Kanguru, and Mt. Tawache.

Day 05 : Acclimatization day, explore the village

Today is acclimatization day at Namche Bazar. This will help individual organism adjusts to a change in its environment, allowing it to maintain performance across a range of environmental conditions. Time for acclimatization may be around 3-4 hours.
Namche Bazaar is considered as a center point of lower and upper Everest region. Short trip to Everest View point where you can see Mt. Everest and other major peaks of the Khumbu region will give you proper acclimatization.

Day 06 : Namche to Tengboche (3850) 6-7 hours

After the yoga class and breakfast in the morning at Namche, we trek towards Tengboche.
Tengboche is home to the most important monastery for the Sherpa community. The monastery offers you delightful panoramic views of mountains like Everest, Ama Dablam, Nuptse and more.
After walking for 25 minutes, you will reach the top of a ridge from where you can have excellent mountain views and glorious scenes of Namche Bazaar down below. After a gentle descent through some winding hills, you will reach a village called Phungitenga, where you may have lunch.
The trail passes through beautiful flora such as blue pines, rhododendron, magnolia and birch trees. You might also see any number of birds and animals including musk deer and goat antelope.
Evening relaxation, yoga, diner and overnight sleep in Tengboche.

Day 07 : Tengboche to Dingboche (4410) 6-7 hours

After sunrise view and breakfast, you will head out to Dingboche. Today is the absolutely perfect day for the trek. You will trek downhill inside the rhododendron, birch, and pine forests. You will follow a gentle uphill trail to Pangboche (3900m) then reach to Shomare village which offers views of yak pastures, monasteries, chortens and view of close up stunning mountains.
Afterward, crossing Imja Tse valley, the day ends in Dingboche where you can enjoy nice viewpoints and the valley below of mountain desert.
Evening relaxation, yoga, diner and overnight sleep in Dingboche.

Day 08 : Acclimatization day at Dingboche

You should spend this day acclimatizing to the high altitude of this region because of lower amount of oxygen here.
Wake up in the morning with nice cup of tea. Join for the yoga class and have breakfast. After breakfast, you can go out on short hikes to explore the beauty around. You can also go to the viewpoint, which offers spectacular mountain scenery including Island peak, Lhotse, Lobuche peak and other major peaks.
Evening relaxation, yoga, diner and overnight sleep in Dingboche.

Day 09 : Dingboche to Lobuche (4900m) 5-6 hours

Early morning wake up, have breakfast then walk towards Lobuche. You will be offered with Himalayan views in 360° along the trail to Lobuche. You are ascending through the Khumbu valley with mountains on your both sides to reach Thugla where you will have lunch. After lunch, a challenging hike from Thugla will take you to the wonderful Thugla pass where you will be rewarded for your hard work with spectacular views of the mountains. Here you can also see memorials of mountaineers who died climbing Mt. Everest. Trekking along with beautiful views of the snow-capped mountains, we reach Lobuche.
Evening relaxation, yoga, diner and overnight sleep in Lobuche.

Day 10 : Lobuche to Gorakshep (5150m) to EBC (5600m) 6-7 hours

After tea and breakfast, you will hike towards GorakShep on a steep rocky moraine along the edge of Khumbu glacier. You will still have vistas of snowy mountains while walking on small zigzag trail.
We stop in Gorakshep for lunch, keep our stuffs in a guest house then head to Everest Base Camp.
The trail to Everest Base Camp is full of rocky dunes, moraine, and streams. EBC offers the best views of exciting Mt. Khumbutse, Khumbu glacier & ice-fall. After spending some time at EBC, you will hike back to Gorakshep. Evening yoga, dinner and sleep in Gorakshep.

Day 11 : Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5550m) – Pheriche (4255)

Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for 1 hour to get some of the most splendid sunrise views.
You will cherish the sunrise view over mountains like Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse and other peaks from Kala Pathar all your life.
After spending unforgettable time in Kala Patthar, you will descent back to Gorakshep for breakfast. After breakfast, you will descend further to reach Pheriche (4255m). Evening yoga, relaxation, dinner and sleep in Pheriche.

Day 12 : Pheriche to Namche Bazar (3440m) 6-7 hours

Wake up with nice cup of tea and join for morning yoga class. Breakfast will be served to you after 1 hour of yoga class. Then after start hiking back to Namche Bazar. The trail mostly descends down enjoying the mountains, wonderful beauty of the alpine vegetation of Sagarmatha National Park.
Evening yoga, relaxation, dinner, check your email and sleep in Namche Bazar.

Day 13 : Namche Bazar to Lukla 5-6 hours

This is the final day of your trekking. Today’s trek is mostly descending which makes this day most pleasant of this entire trip.

Day 14 :Fly to Kathmandu

You may take early morning scheduled flight to Kathmandu as the weather may become unclear later. This will be your last chance to see the Himalayas as well as beautiful landscape. We will transfer you to the centre, have breakfast. This is leisure day for you. You can join for the yoga class in the evening. Dinner and overnight in centre.

Day 15 : Departure

You may leave this wonderful country after yoga & breakfast, OR plan another trip with us.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal

Our representative will meet you at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu & transfer to the centre.
You will be served lunch / dinner depending on your arrival time. Evening trek preparation and overnight in the centre.

Day 02: Drive to Syabrubesi:

Wake up in the morning and have tea & breakfast. Then we will drive to Syabrubesi which is 50 kilometer away from Kathmandu on a local bus, which may take around 7 hours. On the way, you may enjoy the lovely views of Trishuli river, mountains, rice terrain & local villages. You will have lunch in a local hotel on the way to Syabrubesi. Relaxation and overnight in Syabrubesi.

Day 03: Trek to Lama hotel from Syabrubesi: (6-7 hours) (2500m)

Today’s distance is 11 km.

The trek will begin after tea & breakfast. The trail begins with an uphill hike through a forest. After some time, you will climb steeply for an hour then reach Bamboo. We will have lunch somewhere near Bamboo. The trail further prolongs through the suspension bridge over Bhote Koshi river and ascends to Thulo Syabru. Later the trail leads through bamboo forests to Lama hotel. Evening yoga, relaxation and overnight in Lama hotel. You are free to choose the vegetarian foods from the menu.

Day 04 : Trek to Langtang valley from Lama hotel: (4-5 hours) (3440m)

Today’s distance is 15 km.

Wake up in the morning, have tea, join for yoga class then breakfast. After breakfast, we will start hiking towards Langtang valley. The trail passes through rhododendron, pine forests & waterfalls. A short ascent up the hill will take us to the trail that opens up in Langtang valley. You will have lunch & a short rest in Ghoda tabela. Hiking with breathtaking scenery & jungle, we will reach the meadow where yak and the wild goats can be seen feeding. Later, reach Langtang valley which is also home for many wildlife. Evening relaxation, yoga, dinner and overnight in Langtang valley.

Day 05 : Trek to Kyanjin Gompa from Langtang: (3-4 hours) (3875m)

Today’s distance is 10 km.

Wake up in the morning, have tea and join the morning yoga class. After breakfast, we will start uphill hiking up to Sindum and Yamphu. Today’s trek is a little shorter and very interesting, and will pass through watermills, prayer wheels and Buddhist shrines. Later, the route takes us through Laja Khola to arrive at a viewpoint which provides the panoramic views of Kyanjin Gompa and surrounding. We will take lunch and explore the Kyanjin Gompa in the afternoon. Evening yoga, relaxation, dinner & overnight in Kyanjin Gompa.

Day 06 : Explore Kyanjin Gompa:

Today will be the rest day from trekking and releasing your stiff muscles. Kyanjin Gompa offers breathtaking views of the High Himalayas and surroundings. If you like, we can also hike to Tsergo Ri (5000 m) for about 1 hour which offers even more stunning views of mountains. For this we will take packed lunch with us to the top of majestic mountains. Evening relaxation, yoga, dinner and overnight in Kyanjin Gompa.

Day 07 : Trek to Lama hotel from Kyanjin Gompa: (5-6 hours)

Today’s distance is 11 km.

Wake up in the morning with a nice cup of tea then join morning yoga class. After breakfast, we will start hiking towards Lama hotel. Today’s trek is longer but easy as we gradually descend to Lama Hotel. The trail passes through beautiful Langtang valley, forests and different escape of mountains. Evening relaxation, yoga, dinner and overnight in Lama hotel.

Day 08 : Trek to Syabrubesi from Lama hotel: (5-6 hours)

Today’s distance is 9.5 km.

Today is the final day of this trek. Wake up in the morning, have tea and join the yoga class. After breakfast, we will hike towards Syabrubesi. The trail begins with downhill hiking through a bamboo forest and stairs. The trail descends from Thulo Syabru further prolongs through the suspension bridge over Bhote Koshi river. Evening relaxation, yoga, dinner and overnight in Syabrubesi.

Day 09 : Drive back to Kathmandu (7-8 hours)

Wake up in the morning, have tea and breakfast. We will catch the available jeep or local bus to Kathmandu. On the way, you may again enjoy the lovely views of Trishuli river, mountains, rice terrain & local villages. You will have lunch in one of the hotels on the way. Evening relaxation, yoga, dinner and deep sleep in Kathmandu.

Day 10 : Departure

Wake up on your own time, have tea and breakfast. You can leave us or plan another wonderful trip with us.

First three days of this course will be normal yoga and meditation with normal food, then your fasting will begin from 4th day.

During the fast, you can drink diluted juices, herbal teas, and vegetable broths. This course also combines abdominal massage, breathing exercises to loosen the diaphragm area, plenty of support, nurturing/relaxation, and enjoyment.

The fasting will go like following (practicing normal yoga and meditation):
→ For the first day of fasting you are eating 6 apples, 5 cups of herbal drink.
→ For the second day, you are eating 3 apples, 5 cups of herbal drink.
→ There is no meal for third day of fasting, only enough amount of herbal drinks. This is to support and prepare your body and mind.

Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu

We will welcome you in the airport and transfer to the center, discuss about the program, proceed for the government paper work, overnight stay in the centre.

Day 02 : Transfer to Pokhara (910m)

Drive to Pokhara in the morning in availabe standard micro bus or tourist bus (4-5 hours). This bus ride passes through the hilly winding road along with the Trishuli River having the great view of rivers, forest and terraced fields, overnight stay in Pokhara.

Day 03 : Pokhara – Tikhedhunga (1525m) 3-4hrs

Early morning wakeup then we have tea before yoga. We practice yoga for a hour then have breakfast. After breakfast we drive to Nayapul (50KM). We start our trek towards Tikhedhunga. On the trek we pass through few towns, reach to Tikhedhunga. Overnight in Tikhedhunga.

Day 04 : Tikhedhunga – Banthanti (2130m) 5-6hrs

After tea, yoga and Breakfast in the morning; we start our Trek towards Banthanti. On the way, we cross a stream on a suspension bridge. Trek to a Magar Village which is called Ulleri. Above the village where the trail climbs gently through the cultivated fields, rhododendron and oak forests then stop at Nangethanti for lunch and short rest. After lunch we start walking towards Banthanti through beautiful forest. Evening yoga, relaxation & sleep in Banthanti.

Day 05 : Banthanti – Ghorepani (2850m) 4-5hrs

Wake up in the morning, you will get a tea and then join for the yoga class. You will served breakfast then we start our hiking towards Ghorepani, exploring the local culture, landscapes & mountains. Evening yoga, relaxation, dinner and overnight in Ghorepani.

Day 06 : Ghorepani – Poon Hill (3210m) – Tadapani 6-7hrs

Wake up early in the morning then a hour hike to Poon Hill. Where you can enjoy with Panoramic Mountain Views & beautiful Sunrise View from the eyes of your mind. Then we Trek down to Ghorepani and have Breakfast then start our Trek to Tadapani, meaning far water supply in this village from long distance. The trail climbs along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali. Then descend to reach Banthanti and reach Tadapani, do yoga in the evening. Overnight in hotel.

Day 07 : Tadapani (2630m) – Ghandruk (2000m) 4-5hrs – Pokhara

Wake up in the morning and practice yoga. After yoga we have breakfast. Then our trek continues towards Ghandruk. After walking around 4 hours we reach Ghandruk, Gurung village which is the most interesting tribal Gurung village in Nepal, which provides Gorkha soldiers. It has excellent close-up views of Annapurna South and Fishtail Himalayas. After lunch, We drive back to Pokhara via Nayapul. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 08 : Departure

You can leave for your next destination in the morning after breakfast.

Details on this course

Day 01: Arrival to Kathmandu, Nepal

Our repressentative will wellcome you in the airport then transfer to the centre. We will disscussion about the program, Overnight stay in the yoga centre.

Day 02: Drive to Dhunche [1,950m] 6-7 hrs

After breakfast in the morning, we will catch the bus which goes to Dhunche. This bus ride pass through the hilly winding road along with the Trishuli River having the great view of rivers, forest and terraced fields

Day 03: Dhunche to Sing Gompa [3,254m] 4-5 hrs

We wake up in the morning, have tea. Then after breakfast we will hike towards Sing Gompa. We follow the gradual uphill trail along the Oak and bamboo forest, pass the Deurali village and reach to Sing Gompa. This place has great religious fame because of famous monastery. You will do the yoga session in the evening or in the morning, depending on the weather. Overnight stay in tea house.

Day 04: Sing Gompa to Gosaikunda [4,336m] 5-6 hrs

Wake up in the morning, then have tea and breakfast. Our trek starts towards Gosaikunda passing Cholangpati and Laurebina. You will do the yoga session in the evening or in the morning, depending on the weather. Overnight stay in tea house.

Day 05: Gosaikunda to Ghopte [2,680m] 7-8 hrs

After breakfast in the morning, we hike to Lauribina pass which is the highest point of our entire program and is full of panoramic Mountain View then our trail goes down towards the Ghopte village , passing a small human settlement. Overnight at Ghopte.

Day 06: Ghopte to Kutumsang [2,470m] 7-8 hrs

Today after the breakfast we make another pass of Thadepati and continue to the downhill trail. Among the many scattered human settlements, Mangengoth is a big one. Passing the green forest we reach to the village of Kutumsang. overnight at Kutumsang.

Day 07: Kutumsang to Chisapani [2,200m] 6-7 hrs

After breakfast in the morning, the trail leads us down all the way to Chisapani through the green forest of oak and rhododendron. Chisapani is an amazing hill station which is known for spectacular sunrise views. Overnight at Chisapani.

Day 08: Chisapani to Sundarijal and drive to Kathmandu [5-6 hrs]

After breakfast in the morning, we make uphill trek about 2 hours then 3-4 hours downhill trek to Sundarijal along with the dense forest of Shivapuri national park. After arriving at Sundarijal, we drive back to Kathmandu. OR you can stay one more day at Chispani.

Details on this Course :

Day 1 | Arrival in Kathmandu

You will be received at the Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu by our representative. Transfer to centre, briefing about the program, Overnight stay in the centre with dinner.

Day 2 | City tour : Bhaktapur, Pashupatinath, Patan

Wake up in the morning, have a tea, nasal cleansing then morning yoga class at the centre. You will have breakfast after yoga class around 10 am. Then we will take you popular world heritage sites.
We have chosen a traditional town for your sight seeing. Be prepared to be amazed by the living style of Newars in Bhaktapur, almost untouched by Modern practices. Bhaktapur is known as the ‘Living Heritage’, ‘City of Devotees’, the ‘City of Culture’, and ‘Nepal’s Cultural Gem’. It is one of the 3 royal cities in the Kathmandu Valley. Bhaktapur is filled with monuments, most terra-cotta with carved wood columns, palaces and temples with elaborate carvings, gilded roofs, open courtyards.
You will have traditional Newari lunch during the day.
Next destination will be Patan, the third largest city of Nepal after Kathmandu & Pokhara. Almost everyone who comes to Kathmandu visits Patan for spectacular Durbar Square which is the finest collection of temples and palaces.
In the evening, we go to Pashupatinaath temple, famous and sacred Hindu temple complex. The temple serves as the seat of Pashupatinath, built in 5th century. You will be merged with the evening Shiva Aarati (evening prayer) which brings truely a spiritual joy. Then come to the centre, have dinner then trataka meditation practice and then to the bed.

Day 3 | Travel to Chisapani

You will wake up in the morning with a tea & join the yoga class. Afterward, you have breakfast then we drive to Chisapani (meaning cold water). Chisapani is located at an altitude of 2500m. It offers panoramic view of the stunning, unending and seamless view of Himalayas as Jugal Himal, Ganesh Himal & Langtang region.
There is also an excellent short hiking route which is renowned among hikers. So if you are interested, we can also hike to Chisapani for 5 hours.

Day 4 | Travel to Pokhara

Get up in the morning, have tea and nassal cleansing then morning yoga class. You will get breakfast after yoga class then we drive to Pokhara in a luxuries bus.
Driving on a narrow highway passing settlements, local markets, green mountains, rivers and beautiful landscapes.
Pokhara is one of the most ‘visit places’ in Nepal. it’s a city on Lake Phewa, in central Nepal which is known as a gateway to the Annapurna Circuit trek, a most popular trail in the Himalayas. And… Lakeside in Pokhara is the perfect place to recharge your batteries.
You will be setteled in one of the popular hotels in Lakeside. We may go to explore Lakeside and Lake in the evening depending on your interest. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 5 | Drive to Ulleri then hike to Ghorepani

After morning tea, drive to Ulleri (2070m) from Pokhara. This will be offroad driving for about 3 hours and it’s bumpy sometimes. You will surely enjoy this short drive. We will have breakfast in Ulleri & some rest. Then we start hike up to Ghorepani which may take around 4-5 hours of up and down hill walking.
The trail climbs gently through the cultivated fields, rhododendron and oak forests then stop at Nangethanti for lunch and short rest. After lunch we start walking towards Ghorepani through beautiful forest. We do yoga in Ghorepani in the evening then dinner. Overnight in Ghorepani.

Day 6 | Sunrise View at Poonhill

Early morning climb 1 hour up to viewpoint station in Poonhill for Sunrise view over the tall Himalayas.
Poon Hill is the best viewpoint in lower elevation in the Annapurna region and also best for sunrise and sunset. It offers you unbelievable stunning views. Then walk back down to Ghorepani and have breakfast.
After breakfast, trek to Tadapani (meaning far water supply in this village from long distance). The trail climbs along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali. Then descend to reach Banthanti and reach Tadapani, do yoga in the evening. This hike may take around 5 hours. Overnight in hotel in Tadapani.

Day 7 | Tadapani – Ghandruk (2000m) – Pokhara

Wake up in the morning, have tea and practice yoga in front of high Himalayas. After yoga class, we have breakfast. Then our trek continues towards Ghandruk. After walking around 4 hours we reach Ghandruk, Gurung village which is the most interesting tribal Gurung village in Nepal, which provides Gorkha soldiers. It has excellent close-up views of Annapurna South and Fishtail Himalayas. We will have lunch in Ghandruk then drive back to Pokhara. Overnight stay in hotel in Pokhara.

Day 8 | Pokhara – Kathmandu

You will start the day with yoga lesson and practice of breathing exercises with Instructor Shreesh. After breakfast, we will drive to Kathmandu. We have traditional lunch in the way in afternoon. You can join for the evening yoga class then dinner, candle light meditation and bed time.

Day 9 | Departure

Wake up in the morning, have tea, join morning yoga class. After breakfast you can leave for your real home or to your next destination.

Yoga Holiday in Nepal (9 days)

While many visitors easily fall in love with Nepal and Nepalese, there’s more to benefit from the ancient practices known to a few. This program will enable one to experience the being-alive-feeling while exploring natural and cultural beauty of Nepal.
First three days of this program will be the introduction to the principle of Yoga. We teach different pranayama, breathing exercise, meditation techniques, purification techniques, different asanas, relaxation techniques and so on.

Morning yoga class includes stretching, pranayama, sequential movements and some static postures. While the evening yoga class may include sequential movements and some static yoga poses little intense than morning and relaxation.

After 2 days of yoga and meditation practice at the centre, we then take you to the most amazing places in Nepal and let you merge in the beauty of the lifestyle of the Nepalese.

Daily Routine at the Studio

Day 3 – Chisapani :

Chisapani is the region from where you can have close view of a long range of Eastern Himalayas from Langtang to Gaurishankar Ranges. After the breakfast, we will drive towards Chisapani by local jeep (this may take around 02-3 hours).
If you are interested in walking, we can also hike to Chisapani which will be 4 hours of uphill walking and 1 hour of downhill walking. Walking through a few settlements and deep forest with variety of birds and chances of meeting wild animals, we arrive at Chisapani (meaning cold water). It is Sherpa’s village offering great views of mountains. Relieve yourself in the evening with yoga practice in front of setting sun. Overnight stay in Chisapani in a private standard room.

Day 4 – Nagarkot :

After sunrise yoga and breakfast in Chisapani, we will head towards Nagarkot (5 hrs walking). The whole trail passes through dense forest, making you forget the tiredness and making your hiking joyful. We stop by Chauki Bhanjyang to have lunch and rest. Then we continue our hike to Nagarkot passing through terraced fields, which also offers unmatched scenery of innumerable peaks aloYoga holiday retreat in Nepalng a large section of the Himalayas.

Nagarkot is known for a sunrise view of the Himalayas which include 8 Himalayan ranges of Nepal out of 13, they are: Mount Everest, Annapurna range, Manaslu range, Ganesh himal range, Langtang range, Jugal range, Rolwaling range, Mahalangur range (Everest range) and Numbur range. Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of the Kathmandu city.

Overnight stay in Nagarkot in a private standard room.

Day 5 Bhaktapur :

After sunrise yoga and breakfast, we will take a drive towards Bhaktapur for sight-seeing. Bhaktapur is known as the ‘Living Heritage’, ‘City of Devotees’, the ‘City of Culture’, and ‘Nepal’s Cultural Gem’. It is one of the 3 royal cities in the Kathmandu Valley. Bhaktapur is filled with monuments, most terra-cotta with carved wood columns, palaces and temples with elaborate carvings, gilded roofs, open courtyards.
The city is dotted with pagodas and religious shrines and is filled with Hindu and Buddhist religious sites and art. You can absorb the traditions and culture of the Newars in Bhaktapur.

Day 6 – Pokhara :

After breakfast, we will drive to Kathmandu and then take a micro bus to Pokhara. After reaching to Pokhara, we will settle in a popular hotel, do some gentle yoga practices, dinner & retire in the hotel.
Pokhara is one of the most ‘visit places’ in Nepal. it’s a city on Lake Phewa, in central Nepal which is known as a gateway to the Annapurna Circuit, a most popular trail in the Himalayas. And… Lakeside in Pokhara is the perfect place to recharge your batteries.

Day 7 – Sunrise yoga in Sarangkot :

Early in the morining, we take private car to go to Sarangkot for sunrise yoga. You will practice yoga having rising Sun on your right hand and Fishtail Himalayas ranges in front of your eyes. The yoga practice will help to release the tiredness from the body that might have occured during the tour.
After yoga class, we will have breakfast then drive back to Pokhara.
After lunch, we will drive to stupa (Peace pagoda), visit there and hike downhill for 1 hour and take a boat to cross the Lake Fewa. We will do the evening yoga session in the hotel, have dinner and sleep.

Day 8 – Back to Kathmandu :

Wake up in the morning, have a tea and yoga class then breakfast. After breakfast, we drive back to Kathmandu. You will have lunch on the way in one of the hotels. Relax in Kathmandu, do evening yoga, dinner, candle light meditation then sleep.

Day 9 – Departure :

Today is your last day with us. Wakeup in the morning, have tea. You will join the morning yoga class then have breakfast. After breakfast, you can leave us Or plan another course with us.
