Mai Chau – Ninh Binh 3 days tour

Day 1 (L,D): Hanoi – Mai Chau, homestay

8am: Depart from Hanoi by private vehicle to Mai Chau Village. We stop at Ha Dong town to visit Van Phuc silk village, which is famous for silk weaving in the North of Vietnam, you will have an opportunity to see how local people here made silk by traditional and simple way.
Keep our driving up to Mai Chau. We reach Mai Chau at about 12:00 noon. Enjoy lunch in a local house.
In the afternoon, we will take a loop walk through surrounding rice paddies and villages around Mai Chau, in here you will see how local people working, plan and harvest water rice. You will also see animals like buffaloes, pigs, cats, goats…freely around. Walk back to the village.
After dinner you will have a chance to see special tradition Thai’s dance until late evening.
Overnight in the stilt house with the friendly Thai ethnic people.

Day 2 (B,L,D): Mai Chau – Cuc Phuong national park

Have breakfast then drive for 3 hours to Cuc Phuong national park in Ninh Binh province. Visit the Primate Rescue Center. Check in the Guest house in the park. Have lunch.
After lunch, we drive 20km inside the park to Bong Station then do trekking 6km through the rain forest to visit the Giant Thousand Year Old Tree. Back to the guest house. Free time at night.

Day 3 (B,L): Cuc Phuong – Hoa Lu and Tam Coc – Hanoi

After breakfast at the guest house, drive an hour to Hoa Lu Ancient capital. After visiting two famous temples of the Dinh and Le Dynasties in Hoa Lu, we do biking 12km to Tam Coc. Have lunch. After Lunch take 2-hour boat trip by sampan boat to see “Halong bay inland”.
Drive back to Hanoi.

Ninh Binh 2 days tour

Day 1(L,D): Hanoi – Cuc Phuong national park

8.00am Depart from Hanoi by private vehicle to Cuc Phuong National Park . Visit the Endangered Primate Rescue Centre to learn about the important work being done to help protect the endangered species of the park. After lunch in the park restaurant, take a 2-hour trek through the old rainforest. Overnight in the guesthouse within the park.

Day 2(B,L): Cuc Phuong – Hoa Lu, Tam Coc – Hanoi

After breakfast, head to the historic capital of Viet Nam and the famous ancient temples of The Le and The Dinh Dynasties. Cycling for an hour on picturesque quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops to Tam Coc (12km) for lunch.
After lunch, a sampan boat journey (1 hour) in the heart of “Inland Ha Long Bay”. Take in the beauty of the karsts formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone.
Stop for a short rest near a small shrine before returning to the dock (1 hour). Totally, you have 2 hours on the sampan boat.
Drive back to Hanoi

Mai Chau 2 days tour, homestay, walking and cycling

Day 1 (L,D): Hanoi – Mai Chau – Overnight at a homestay

8am: Depart from Hanoi by private vehicle to Mai Chau Village.

8:00am Depart from Hanoi to Halong city by private car or mini bus
12: 00 Arrive at Bhaya Cafe on Tuan Chau Island.
12: 45 Board & enjoy welcome drinks and join a quick briefing on the itinerary and safety information by our Cruise Manager.
13: 00 Let the holiday begin with a delicious lunch as the boat cruises towards through spectacular karst limestone mountains
15: 30 Visit Sung Sot grotto OR excursion to Titov beach for swimming
17.00 Back on your cruise, enjoy Spa services, a drink at the bar or simply relax on the sundeck. 17: 30 Cooking demonstration with traditional Vietnamese food on the sundeck (or in the restaurant in case of inclement weather). Bar opens for Happy Hour: “Buy one get one free”.

Halong bay – Paloma Cruise 2 days 1 night

Day 1: Hanoi – Bai Tu Long bay – Vong Vieng floating village (L,D)

7:45 – 8:15 Our bus or private car will pick you up at your hotel for 3,5 hours drive to Halong city.
12:30 Arrive at Paloma office, Halong City. Transferred by tender to Paloma Cruise – enjoy welcome drink. Receive cruise briefing, check into cabins and begin your cruise.
13:15 – 15:00 Having lunch – delicious Vietnamese set menu (Massage service is available after lunch and thoughout the cruise).
15:00 Head to Bai Tu Long Bay, pass the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Mat Quy (Monster Head) and Am Tich (Teapot) Islets and Vung Vieng fishing village.
Visit the Vung Vieng fishing village by local rowing boat (01 hour) or Kayak into the village then return to the vessel for your leisure or join one of the following optional activities: Sunbathing, traditional massage, swimming etc.
17.00 Drop anchor in the calm water surrounded by islets near Trong cave.
Happy Hour (sunset party)
18:30 Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat.
19.15 Sumptuous Set-dinner onboard.

Day 2: Halong bay – Amazing cave – Hanoi (B,L)

06:15 Starting your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served.
07:00 Have breakfast in dinning room.
08:00 Explore the Surprise Cave (Sung Sot).
Transfer by tender to the Surprise Cave. Walk up about 100 steps to the cave entrance and tour the cave for approximately 45 minutes. Walk down about 100 steps and return to the boat.
10:00 Upon return to the boat you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing. Please remove all of your belongings from the cabins, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabins (staff will transfer directly to the pier).
10:30 Enjoy Set Menu for lunch in the dining room. We will settle bills after breakfast. Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.
11.30 – 12.00 Arrive at Hon Gai Harbour. Transfer by tender to the pier, relax inside the Paloma Office while waiting for return transportation.
16:00 – 16:30 Arrive in Hanoi
