Bali Women’s Retreats
Written By Admin
In beautiful and tropical Bali we have on offer three different tours that encompass the heart and soul of this magical island. While Australian have been flocking here for decades it was made more famous in the novel Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. Bali was the place that Liz learnt to love again as part of the journey of finding herself. Our tours are also designed to explore your inner self while experiencing the unique food, bargain shopping, day spas, markets, mountain villages, meeting locals and helping support local communities that are located away from the traditional tourist trail.
Eleven Day Women’s Retreat October 17th to 29th, 2014
10 incredible women have the opportunity to attend a Women’s Retreat on the tropical island of Bali three times each year. For ten days you will be guided by experienced facilitators to learn about yourself and how what makes you happy can guide and transform your lives. More than ever before our lives are becoming extraordinarily busy and we don’t take time out to nurture ourselves and rejuvenate. So come and join us in an environment that nurtures the soul, in a place where luxury, time and serenity meet the excitement of new possibility, the sharing of wisdom, insights and experience that bring your happiness and goals into life that can enrich your future. Imagine taking ten days for yourself – time for self-reflection, relaxation, massages, visiting the sights Bali is famous for, shopping and of course sampling some amazing dishes. Staying at Villa Di Blayu so that we are surrounded by rice terraces and village life. Each day there will be time dedicated to discussions that allow growth and personal development and will have themes such as Happiness, Reaching Your Potential, Your Story and Looking After Ourselves. There will also be individual sessions to support you on your path. Our facilitator Liesel has 22 years’ experience in facilitating groups and individual work s well as an extensive knowledge of Bali and its culture.
Sharon one of our recent adventurers writes the following about her experience:
I cannot find the words to express how I feel about this adventure to Bali. The culture, the people, the way of life & the magical spell of happiness has been an experience, one greater than I would have ever imagined! Our group is the first to trial Liesel’s Women’s Retreat/Bali Tours. The itinerary includes so many extraordinary places to which would have been difficult & in some cases impossible to go to had we been without a guide. The tour also referred us to reputable places to eat, safe money exchange & bartering tips plus answers to many questions. The invitation to Nyoman’s (our driver) traditional family ceremony at his local village with suckling pig for dinner was an enormous privilege.
Our accommodation we have called home for 10 days has been a paradise in itself. We have made new friendships too & have many, many laughs together!
I am so truly fortunate to have had the opportunity & am forever grateful to those who made it possible! If you have not yet visited Bali I highly recommend you include it in your goal plan as the experience is one you will never forget! Our last day will be spent by the pool & dinner at Kuta before flying out
The program for this incredible adventure is outlined below:
Arrival at Denpasar will see you picked up for private transfer by our two drivers for the week Nyoman and Rio, we will travel to the accommodation that is about an hour’s drive away (depending on traffic of course). We are well on the way to relaxation and discovery so this morning we spend time discussing this and examine what makes us feel love and cared for and how this influences our relationships.
