This South Olé day trip through the city of Córdoba creates and understanding of how Jews, Christians and Moors lived together in peace and harmony in the most scientifically advanced European city of the Middle Ages.
See the magnificent mosque, converted into a Cathedral after the Reconquista in 1236.
We’ll wander through the Jewish quarter, known for its jewelers, strolling among the whitewashed houses and red gardenias so well-known in southern Spanish architecture.
Here we’ll also visit on of the few synagogues remaining today in Spain, this one built in 1315.
