I have spent over 15 years working with leading travel agencies and tour companies in Croatia where I was in charge of all services related to cruise companies. Major accounts I dealt with were companies handling high class customers such as Compagnie du Ponant, Star Clippers, Happag Lloyd, Crystal cruises; for which we needed to facilitate both standard offer of shore excursions, as well as various private tours and inquiries for more complex services and special events (cocktails, dinners, fireworks, concerts…). After this part of my career I felt it was time to start my own business with more of personal touch, dedicated to private tours not only in Dubrovnik but in whole of Croatia and other former Yugoslav republics (Montenegro, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Macedonia). Our services are not related only to shore excursions but we also provide accommodation (hotels, villas, private accommodation), private tours, overland tours, city breaks, and incentives. Unique Collection Ltd is family owned DMC based in Dubrovnik, we use our own assets (vehicles and guides) and thus are able to have complete control over quality management ensuring high standards of service.
