Day 1- Arrival in Lima –
At your arrival into the International Jorge Chavez Airport, our bilingual staff will transfer you to the Hotel selected, where we will describe briefly the activities you will be attending during your stay in Perú.
Day 2 – (B/L/D)
Breakfast at Hotel
Visit to one of UNESCO World Heritage sites(*) – City Tour Lima Colonial and Modern
In the morning our bilingual Guide will pick you up from your Hotel. Get acquainted with Perú’s Capital City, its 2000 years of history and Colonial heritage, visiting Lima’s Historical Centre(*): Cathedral, Church and Convent of San Francisco (Catacombs), Convent Santo Domingo, Plaza Mayor, Government Palace.
Degustation Lunch on breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean -Cala Restaurant – Restaurant Cala is the perfect place to savor maritime haut cuisine while delighting on breathtaking ocean views of the Pacific.Cala’s view and setting blend perfectly with its food, a tasty fusion of Mediterranean and Peruvian cuisine prepared by a talented team of chefs. Show “The Peruvian Paso Horse and the National Celebration” Hacienda Mamacona – Amazing Spectacle of the best horses- Degustation Dinner
This beautiful farm is located 20 kms.south of Lima. You will experience an exhibition of the beautiful “CABALLOS DE PASO”. You will be able to ride one of these unique horses of their kind. The show will be accompanied by a delicious Degustation dinner of Creole food, as well as a spectacular Musical Show, where you can enjoy the traditional dances of the different regions of the country.(*) This Tour has to be scheduled only on Thursday!!

Day 3 – (B/L/D/)

Visit Lima’s open market – Hands On/Cooking Class and Degustation Lunch –
In this special tour you will enjoy and taste the best typical Peruvian food. We will visit an open market to taste a variety of peruvian fruits, vegetables and seafood. Our guide will take you to one of the most renowned restaurant in Lima, where the chef will teach and you will prepare typical peruvian dishes, such as the famous Ceviche; as well as the national drink called pisco sour; follow by lunch.
Visit and Dinner on Pre-Inca Archaeological site
La Huaca Pucllana Restaurant
You will have dinner on the terrace that overlooks an actual pre-Inca archaeological site, built between 200 and 700 AD, and next to a 1500-year -old adobe pyramid.
With a philosophy based on paying homage to the roots of Peruvian cooking, using the many superb ingredients available in the country including meat, fish, shellfish and an infinite variety of vegetables, the menus are an attractive mixture of tastes, aromas, textures and colors.
Day 4 – (B/L) LIMA- PARACAS – ICA

Early in the morning you will have a road trip from Lima to Paracas bay, it will take 3 ½ hours approximately. You will first visit the Paracas National Reserve. It is a masterful reserve of ecology, located in Ica in the coastal desert. It is one of the richer marine ecosystems of the world. Then proceed to Ica city.
ICA- Pisco Tasting – Hands On/Cooking class – Buffet Lunch
Visit one of the oldest bodega in the South, where you will experience how Pisco is made, from the selection of the grapes, the maceration in modern containers that keep the wine at the right temperature, and the distillation in copper stills, to turn the white wine into our Pisco. You will taste a variety of Piscos. Visit to the Store, where you can buy Pisco. You will participate in the elaboration of some dishes from the Region, follow by a Buffet-Lunch, where you will taste the dishes you have prepared with the Chef!!
After the tour, you will return to Paracas, and check in at HACIENDA PARACAS HOTEL (Standard room)
Day 5-. (B/L) BALLESTA ISLANDS-NAZCA-LIMA

Morning boat ride to the Ballestas Islands-Pisco, inhabited by boobies, pelicans, sea lions and Humboldt penguins. The still unexplained Candelabro marking lines can be seen on the way.Then you will betransferred to Pisco airport (15 minutes from Paracas) and check in for the Nazca Lines Over flight. (Please bear in mind that the schedule is subject to weather conditions). Enjoy a 1hour-30minute flight on a high-wing light aircraft, over the desert and the mysterious Nazca Lines, which can only be seen from the air. Even though they are centuries old how were they made and their purpose is still a mystery. You will also appreciate the Palpa Lines and the new discoveries in Pisco, Ocucaje and Cahuachi. Among other figures, you will see the astronaut, the monkey and the spider.
Return to Lima on board your private transportation ride along the South Pan-American Highway
You will enjoy a delicious typical lunch at El Piloto Restaurant on route. Upon arrival to Lima you will transfered to your selected hotel.
Shopping Time: Visit to Miraflores Artesanía Market –
The largest and most important cluster of handicrafts markets in all of Perú, where you can buy original silver, gold, fabric, sweaters, alpaca rugs and pottery, etc.
Day 6 – (B/L) LIMA-AREQUIPA/ COLCA CANYON

We will transfer you from your hotel to the airport, and provide assistance on your departure flight.

Upon arriving in Arequipa we will provide assistance at the airport and transfer you to your hotel selected.
Degustation- Lunch at a Regional Typical Restaurant –Considered one of the best tourist restaurants in Arequipa. It’s colonial-era beauty is unsuerpassed –The menu contains an exquisite variety of typical Arequipa dishes and there are live music and dance to make each visit an unforgetable culinary experience. In the afternoon, you will walk through the Historic Center*, built mostly with a local sillar, a pale volcanic rock, affording Arequipa its glorious architecture and its appropriate nickname, “the White City”. Visit the Convent of Santa Catalina, where the first-born daughters of the local elite were cloistered for life, since the mid.16th Century until 1970. *Unesco World Heritage Site”

Day 7 – (B/L) – Visit the second deepest canyon in the world -COLCA CANYON/ AREQUIPA
Breakfast at the hotel – An early start from Arequipa to the village of Chivay approximately at 04:00am. You will then visit the village of Yanque and the vantage points at Antahuilque and Choquetico. This is followed by a visit to Cruz del Cóndor to see the Colca Valley (the second deepest canyon in the world, more than 4 kilometres at its deepest part) followed by an astonishing sight: the great and majestic condor flying only a few metres away. On the way back to Arequipa you visit the villages of Pinchollo.

Day 8 – (B/L) – AREQUIPA/ CUSCO/ SACRED VALLEY

Transfer from hotel to the airport, assistance on departure flight.
Morning free In Cusco City to acclimatize. We take a tour of the city, starting out at the Santo Domingo convent monastery.This former Colonial monastery was previously the Koricancha temple, one of the most important temples devoted to worship of the sun. According to the chronicles, it was covered in gold Leaf and filled with golden representations of nature. Also included in the tour are stops at the Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral. After touring the most interesting sites of the city, you will be driven to the countryside outside Cusco to visit some of the remarkable Inca ruins in the area. Included are the cult centre of Sacsayhuaman, the temple and amphitheatre of Kenko, and the Red Fortress of Puca Pucara.
Tour and Degustation Lunch at Potato Park – Potatoes originated in the South American Andes Mountains more than 8000 years ago, so where else in the world would you go to experience a “Potato Park”?. Both a culinary and a cultural experience, Parque de la Papa, located near Cuzco, is a 22,000-acre potato preserve with more than 1300 varieties. Visitors can spend the day learning about the various kinds of potatoes,and the role these crops play in the lives of the local people and their culture. Included on the tour are Kinsaqocha Lake, fields of native potatoes, and workshops featuring handicrafts and medicinal plants. End the visit with lunch/dinner at the park’s Papamanka Restaurant and sample a variety of potato dishes while taking in spectacular views of the park.

Day 9 –(B/L) – SACRED VALLEY/ MACHU PICCHU

We take a trip to the Urubamba valley, the Sacred Valley of the Incas, You will begin the tour visiting, on route, Awanakancha, where South American camelidae are bred.Learn about the superb llama, alpaca and vicuna fibres as well as the ancient weaving techiques that are still in use. Continue to Pisac for an opportunity to bargain with vendors at its handicraft market.
Lunch at El Parador de Moray in the Sacred Valley of the Incas – Parador de Moray has become an innovative culinary alternative. It is in a completely refurbished country house decorated with Peruvian handicrafts. It is located in a privileged area, a few meters from the archeological site of Moray, and offers a culinary proposal designed by the renowned Chef Coque Ossio. Parador de Moray enables the passenger to enjoy a delicious typical meal, while contemplating the awesome snowed-capped peaks and the valley terraces. Our passengers will enjoy a unique experience.
Later, visit the Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo. The site was built just as the Spaniards arrived, and evidence of how it was constructed is still visible. After admiring the site’s magnificent past stroll through the quaint streets of today’s town.
Overnight at POSADA DEL INCA YUCAY (Superior room)
Day 10 –(B/L/D) -MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO- Dinner at the Museum of Pre-Colombian Art.

We will transfer you to Ollanta station to board the train to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival at Aguas Calientes, you will take a 25-minute coach ride to “The Lost City of the Incas”, discovered by American explorer Hiram Bingham in 1911. You will then have a guided tour of the marvellous citadel, an awe-inspiring experience. Later, feel free to stroll around the archaeological site. In the afternoon you will return to Ollanta. Upon arrival at Ollanta, we will provide assistance at the train station and transfer to your hotel in Cusco.
Buffet Lunch at Sanctuary Lodge.
Tonight you will enjoy a farewell dinner at Map Café Restaurant, unique goumet experience in Cusco. The restaurant is housed in a glass structure. In the forecourt of the Museum of Pre-colombian Art. Experienced chef Coque Ossio reinterprets Peruvian classics with a personal touch and achieves memorable results.

Day 11– (B) Return Lima-
We will transfer you from your hotel to the airport, and provide assistance on your departure- Flight back home
