Written By Admin
Depart from Hanoi early in the morning drive overland to Ninh Binh province. Upon arrival, take 2 hour sampan boat trip at Tam Coc (three cave). This area is considered as “Halong Bay on land” featured with karst formations. It is very beautiful scenery along the row with vertical sides of Limestone Mountains. Back to the dock and transfer to a local restaurant for a Vietnamese lunch
In the afternoon, you will jump on a bike for a stunning bike ride along the back roads through the beautiful scenery of towering karsts on the ground of ponds, rice paddies and rural villages. Arrive at Hoa Lu and visit to Hoa Lu, the capital of Vietnam during the Dinh Dynasty (968-980) and early Le Dynasty (980-1009). Wander around to visit King Dinh and King Le temples built on the original foundations of the old palaces from the 11th and 12th centuries, dedicated to the distinguished men of the Dinh and Early Le Dynasties. Get to learn about the history of Vietnam and enjoy the fascinating scenery and beautiful architectures.
Climb to the nearby Yen Ma Mountain for the beautiful panoram view over the karst landscape in the area, then back to your private vehicle for returning to Hanoi. End the day at your hotel.
